FOR ALL WARRANTIES
Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or misuse, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. All cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Special note for Barbells
Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or misuse, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or misuse includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e. dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive drops with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage).

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXPRESS WARRANTY, IMPLIED WARRANTY, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESSING
To make a warranty claim, you must contact the original place of purchase (Our online store or any future resellers). Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Cluster reserves the right accept or decline a claim within the bounds of New Zealand Law and upon assesment of the goods.
Cluster NZ reserves the right to change manufacturers of any parts to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Cluster to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, or any other charges associated with transportation of the parts or Product.
